Hans Binder: A successful history in dry goods
At Hans Binder the family name is almost inseparable from the development of drying systems for various goods. The first technical innovations also took some inspiration from the Bavarian national drink: So, for example, in the 1950s, Hans Binder’s parents, in cooperation with Weihenstephan Technical University, built air heating systems and tray dryers for Hallertau beer hops.
A born innovator
The young Hans Binder had an inventive spirit from his earliest years. And after his mechanical engineering studies, he proved it again and again with innovations that formed the foundation’s of the family business’s worldwide success. Hans Binder systems dry goods in Europe, Russia, Asia, Australia and America. Hans Binder has now withdrawn from the business management. But developing dryers remains his passion.
New team, same philosophy
With the foundation of Hans Binder Technologies in 2017 and the change of name to Hans Binder Engineering in 2023, a new chapter in the success story began. The young generation with the managing directors Sebastian Bergler and Hans Xaver Hiermeier, together with their motivated team, sets new impulses, but holds on to the iron company philosophy with which Hans Binder’s parents already shaped the image of the company: the combination of innovative strength and highest quality, from which perfect drying goods are created.
