The belt roaster consists of individually controlled process zones. With zone-specific temperature adjustment, the roasting process can be perfectly tailored to each product, allowing you to achieve the desired roast level, color, and texture. The design of each chamber ensures a consistently controlled airflow across the entire belt width. Every system is custom-designed according to customer requirements and adapted to the available space.

Optimal temperature

Roasting and cooling in one – no problem with belt roasters from Hans Binder Technologies. Immediately after roasting, the product can be cooled to the optimal temperature for further processing using ambient air or active cooling.

Maximum efficiency

Energy-efficient components such as directly driven recirculation fans and supply and exhaust air blowers ensure optimal energy utilization. The heat recovery system allows the energy released during product cooling to be reused for heating the belt roaster’s intake air. Fully insulated roasting chambers minimize heat loss and keep operating costs low.

The stainless-steel construction not only simplifies cleaning but also increases the system’s durability and reduces the risk of contamination by germs and bacteria.
