Intelligent temperature control zones
With the Target-Zone-Heating System® (TZH®), each chamber is heated and monitored separately. This allows precise control of temperature and air flow to ensure energy efficiency and consistent product quality.

Depending on the product, the air flow is directed from top to bottom (TZH type TB) or from bottom to top (TZH type BT). This enables optimum drying results with minimal energy input.

Variable heating
The TARGETED ZONE HEATING® (TZH®) system from Hans Binder enables individual temperature control in each zone. The hot air can be generated flexibly from various energy sources. Supply and exhaust air units ensure optimum air circulation, and the circulating air system ensures uniform drying.
Thorough washing
The belt washing system cleans the drying belt under high pressure with cold or warm water. With oscillating movements, the spray heads reach every point of the belt and across its entire width. The belt cleaning device meets the applicable standards in the food sector in every case – optionally in stainless steel 1.4301 or higher-quality materials.
Easy to check
Stainless steel doors make the inside of the dryer accessible for inspection and maintenance along the entire system. To the outside, the doors seal each room pressure-tight, while inside they are insulated with waterproof mineral wool. You decide where the doors are positioned – and the logic of the overall system.
