Used 5-Belt Drying System with Pre-Dryer
A high-quality used 5-belt drying system with an additional pre-dryer is available for sale for the continuous drying of free-flowing products and food materials. The well-maintained and operational belt dryer is particularly suitable for applications in the food industry, pet food production, and various industrial bulk material processes.
The system consists of a VT III/1ZL/8F/D single-belt pre-dryer and a HG III/OA-2Z2L/12/F/D 5-belt convection dryer as the main drying unit. The original design allows a drying capacity of up to approx. 1,500 kg/h when processing fresh diced onions (4 x 4 x 4 mm). The total belt area is approximately 194 m², and the heating medium is steam.
The system is currently shut down and located in Saxony, Germany. It is available immediately.
