Sebastian Bergler has been working in plant engineering and drying technology since 2009. As Head of the Project Department, he managed international plant projects for many years before taking responsibility for operational management. This experience shapes his approach to every project: in addition to the technical solution, efficient processes, reliable schedules and support after commissioning all have to work seamlessly together.

Since 2019, the industrial engineer has been Managing Director and Shareholder of Hans Binder engineering GmbH. He is responsible for finance, legal affairs and human resources as well as project management and service. In sales, he also oversees the food technology and pet food sectors.

Hans Xaver Hiermeier has been working in plant engineering for drying systems since 2010. His career led him into sales early on, where he served as Head of Sales from 2014 to 2023. During this time, he was responsible for international projects in the fields of wood, sludge drying, waste management and recycling, gaining first-hand insight into the diverse requirements of different markets.

Since 2023, the industrial engineer has been Managing Director and Shareholder of Hans Binder engineering GmbH. In addition to international sales, he is responsible for engineering and design, with a particular focus on process engineering. This ensures that customer requirements are incorporated directly into the development of tailored drying solutions.
