A high-quality used belt drying system, type BTL 1/3000-8, is available for sale for the continuous drying of free-flowing materials. The single-belt drying system features high energy efficiency, modular expandability, and flexible application options across a wide range of industrial processes.
The system is equipped with Stela control technology, electronic vibration frequency converters, and a connected load of 115 kW. In addition, a solids feeding system manufactured by Hunning is integrated, consisting of an SP-300 moving-floor screw conveyor, an SPV-300 vertical screw conveyor, and a container cover.
The used belt drying system is particularly suitable for sewage sludge, biomass, food residues, industrial and chemical sludges, recycling materials, as well as organic and mineral bulk materials. The system was built in 2014 and is in very good condition. It was fully operational at the time of shutdown and is located in Eitting-Wurzer, Germany. The system is available immediately.
