1. Data protection at a glance
General information

The following notices provide you with a simple overview of what happens with your personal data when you visit our website. Personal data is all data through which you can be personally identified. You can find detailed information about data privacy in the data privacy statement under this text.

Data collection on our website
Who is responsible for the data collection on this website?

The data processing on this website is performed by the website operator. You can find its contact information in this website’s Legal Notice.

How do we collect your data?

Your data is collected, first of all, if you send it to us. This may, for example, be data that you enter into a contact form.
Other data will be automatically collected by our IT systems during visits to our website. This is primarily technical data (e.g. internet browser, operating system or time of the page visit). This data is collected automatically as soon as you enter our website.

What do we use your data for?

Some of the data is collected in order to guarantee fault-free provision of the website. Other data may be used to analyze your user behavior.

What rights do you have in relation to your data?

You have the right at any time, and free of charge, to receive information about the origin, recipients and purpose of your saved personal data. You also have the right to request the rectification, blocking or erasure of this data. In this regard, or if you have any other questions about data protection, you may contact us at any time at the address given in the Legal Notice. Furthermore, you are entitled to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

You also have the right to request that, under certain circumstances, the processing of your personal data be restricted. Details on how to do this can be found in the “Right to restrict processing” section of the data privacy statement.

Analysis tools and third-party tools

When you visit our website, your browsing behavior may be analyzed statistically. This is primarily done with cookies and so-called analysis programs. As a rule, the analysis of your browsing behavior is done anonymously; the browsing behavior cannot be traced back to you. You can object to this analysis or prevent it by not using certain tools. Detailed information about this can be found in the Data Privacy Statement below.

You may object to this analysis. The Data Privacy Statement provides information about how you can lodge objections.

2. General notices and mandatory information
Data privacy

The operator of this website takes the protection of your personal data extremely seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with legal data protection regulations as well as this data privacy statement.

When you use this website, various types of personal data will be collected. Personal data is data through which you can be personally identified. This Data Privacy Statement explains which data we collect and what we use it for. It also explains how and for what purpose this happens.

We point out that data transfer over the internet (e.g. through email communication) may exhibit security flaws. It is not possible to perfectly protect data against access by third parties.

Data controller information:

The data controller for data processing on this website is:

Sebastian Bergler
Hans Binder engineering GmbH
Richard-Wagner-Str. 14a
84453 Mühldorf am Inn

Telephone: +49 (0)8631 187 557-0
Fax: +49 (0)8631 187 557-19
Email: info@hb-dryer.com

The data controller is the natural or legal person that, alone or with others, decides upon the purposes and means of the personal data processing (e.g. name, email address or the like).

Revocation of your consent to data processing

Many data processing procedures are only possible with your explicit consent. You can revoke consent that you have given at any time. To do this, it is enough to send us an email. The legality of the data processing that took place prior to the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

Right to object to data collection in special cases and to direct marketing (Art. 21 GDPR)
When the data processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. e or f of the GDPR, you have the right at any time, for reasons arising from your special situation, to file an objection to the processing of your personal data; this also applies to profiling based on these provisions. The particular legal basis for a processing type can be found in this data privacy statement. If you file an objection, we will no longer process your personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims (objection in accordance with Art. 21 para. 1 GDPR).

If your personal data is processed to offer direct marketing, you have the right, at any time, to file an objection to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of such marketing; this also applies for the profiling connected to direct marketing of this kind. If you object, your personal data will then no longer be used for the purposes of direct marketing (objection in accordance with Art. 21 para. 2 GDPR).

Right of complaint to the supervisory authority responsible

In the case of breaches against the GDPR, the data subject has a right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority in the member state of their usual residence, workplace or the place of the suspected breach. The right of complaint exists regardless of any other legal remedies that may be available through the courts or administrative procedures.

Right to data transferability

You have the right to receive data, or have it received by a third party, that we have processed automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfillment of a contract, in a current, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another data controller, this shall take place only insofar as it is technically feasible.

SSL or TLS encryption

This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and in order to safeguard the transfer of sensitive content, such as orders or inquiries, that you send to us as the site operator. An encrypted connection can be recognized from the fact that the address line of your browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and a lock symbol appears in your browser toolbar.

When the SSL or TLS encryption is active, the data you send to us cannot be read by third parties.

Information, block, erasure and rectification

Within the framework of legal regulations, you have at any time the right to receive information, free of charge, about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of the data processing and, if applicable, a right to rectification, block or erasure of this data. In this regard, or if you have any other questions about personal data, you may contact us at any time at the address given in the Legal Notice.

Right to restrict processing

You have the right to request that the processing of your personal data be restricted. In this regard, you may contact us at any time at the address given in the Legal Notice. There is a right to the restriction of processing in the following cases:

  • When you dispute the accuracy of the personal data we have stored about you, we generally need time to check this. During this check, you have the right to request that the processing of your personal data be restricted.
  • If the processing of your personal data took place / is taking place unlawfully, you may request the restriction of the data processing instead of erasure.
  • If we no longer need your personal data, but you need it to exercise, defend or assert legal claims, you have the right to request restriction of the processing of your personal data instead of erasure.
  • When you file an objection in accordance with Art. 21 para. 1 GDPR, your and our interests must be weighed up. Until it has been established which interests take precedence, you have the right to request that the processing of your personal data be restricted.

When you have restricted the processing of your personal data, this data – apart from its storage – may only be processed with your consent or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims or to protect the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons arising from an important public interest of the European Union or a member state.

Objection to marketing emails

An objection is hereby made to the use of the contact information published in the Legal Notice to send any marketing material or information that has not been explicitly requested. The operator of the website expressly reserves the right to take legal steps if unrequested commercial information is sent, for example through spam email.

5. Plugins and Tools
Google Web Fonts

For uniform presentation of fonts, this site uses so-called Web Fonts, which are provided by Google. When visiting a page, your browser loads the necessary Web Fonts into your browser cache so that text and fonts are displayed correctly.

For this purpose the browser you use must initiate a connection to Google’s servers. By this means Google will acquire knowledge that our website has been visited via your IP address. Google Web Fonts are used to support a unified and attractive representation of our online presence. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font from your computer will be used.

You can find more information about Google Web Fonts at https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq
